MindFit addresses youth mental health challenges by integrating sports-based learning with the development of transversal skills.
The project supports youth workers, trainers, and young people (especially those with fewer opportunities) through practical training resources, peer learning, inclusive sports activities, and open digital tools.
Strengthen youth workers’ capacity
Equip youth workers and trainers with tools to integrate transversal skills, mental health support, and inclusive sports practices.
Empower young people through sports
Offer structured sports and well-being activities that build resilience, teamwork, leadership, and healthy habits.
Raise community awareness
Reduce stigma and increase community support for inclusive sports and youth mental well-being through engagement and events.

Resources
All MindFit resources will be shared as open resources. You can use them in youth work, sports programmes, and non-formal education settings.
Research and needs analysis reports
Two national reports (Poland and Cyprus) and one transnational summary report. They capture needs, barriers, and practical recommendations for using sports to support youth mental well-being.
MindFit Training Toolkit
A practical toolkit with lesson plans, activity guides, peer mentoring approaches, exercises, and case studies. It supports youth workers and trainers to run inclusive sports-based activities that build skills and well-being.
MindFit eLearning Platform
The MindFit eLearning Platform serves as a centralised hub where youth workers and trainers can access various learning modules and download relevant project resources. It supports self-paced learning and practical application.
What you can do on the platform:
- Follow short learning modules linked to the toolkit
- Access OERs and ready-to-use session materials
- Browse the Digital Repository by topic
- Get updates when new resources are added
